Juice provides an opportunity to meet and connect with other like-minded souls in a spirit of fun, freedom and celebration.

 

Our dynamic, monthly gatherings offer a unique combination of authentic, heart-centred connection with the self and others through workshops, bonfire ceremonies, meditation, sharing suppers, parties and hugs!

 

Different classes and workshop themes will be featured each month; these are generally experiential and body-centred in order to help foster connection with our creative life-force, and require a fairly advanced level of awareness and experience of energy work.

 

Anybody not wishing to participate in the afternoon activities is welcome to join us just for the evening if they prefer; please see the Bookings page for further information.

 

Also, this is definitely a guy-friendly zone! The aim is that Juice will be largely gender balanced to create an authentic and juicy yin/yang group harmonic - so, guys, take note.... unlike some spiritually orientated events, you are more than welcome here!!
